Often rented by one family or two, the home has two ocean-view master suites, each with a king bed, and two mountain-view guest suites, each with two queen beds. Albeit a large home, the villa is infinitely cozy and truly does become a home-away-from-home.
Designed in the spirit of traditional Costa Rican architecture, reminiscent of the wooden plantation homes, Villa Feliz connects living spaces via wide, covered, open-air walkways that create an overall feeling of freshness and lightness while incorporating the surrounding natural beauty into the home. VILLA RESERVA LOCATION
VILLA FELIZ RESERVATION POLICIES:
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at the time of client check-in.
- Payment Cancellation: 50% of total reservation shall be rendered within 5 days of contract issue. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
- Cancelation policy: No refunds are provided. However, we agree to reschedule reservations within 12 months of original check-in date. Holiday stays shall be paid in full 60 days prior to check-in.
- Re-Scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be re-scheduled provided that re-schedule request is submitted at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits will be transferred to new date. The renter must re-schedule within 60 days or deposit will be lost.
