- One-Bedroom Garden Deluxe Park rooms are 1,200 square feet and feature a mater bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, ice dispenser, stove and oven, utensils for four, microwave and dishwasher), a seating area with a sofabed and a large patrio with garden views.
- Maximum Occupancy: Four (Rates quoted are for two people. There is a cost to add additional children or adults to this room; see policies below.)
- Bed Type: One King plus one sofabed
- Children Policy: Children two and under are permitted within maximum occupancy at no additional cost using existing bedding. Up to two children three to 12 are permitted in addition to the double occupancy for $40 per child, per night, using existing bedding or a roll-away bed (for an additional cost).
- Additional Adult Policy: Up to two adults 13 and over are prmitted in addition to the double occupancy for $40 per adult, per night, using existing bedding or a roll-away bed (for an additional cost).Roll-away beds are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed; they can be requested for $5 per bed, per night.

VILLA RESERVA LOCATION
VILLA PARAISO RESERVATION POLICIES:
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at the time of client checks in.
- Payment Cancellation: 50% of total reservation shall be rendered within 5 days of contract issue. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Holiday stays shall be paid in full 60 days prior to check-in.
- Cancelation policy: No refunds are provided. However, we agree to reschedule reservations within 12 months of original check-in.
- Re-Scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be re-scheduled provided that re-schedule request is submitted at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits will be transferred to new date. The renter must re-schedule within 60 days or deposit will be lost.
